How pricing works: what’s free, what’s paid, what’s metered

The three kinds of product in SynaiConnect, and which one each feature is.

SynaiConnect is not one price for one bundle. It is a set of products, and each behaves in one of three ways. Knowing which is which explains most billing questions.

1. Included, with no limit

Several products add nothing to your bill and are not capped. With any paid plan, use them as much as you like:

  • Events and ticketing — as many events, registrations and attendees as you have
  • Worship planning and scheduling — as many people on a rota as you need
  • Giving — as many campaigns as you run, with donors and volume never capped
  • Volunteering — as many serving teams and projects as you run

2. Priced by size

Some products are priced according to how much you use them — how many people you hold, how much media you store, how much messaging you send. A bigger church pays more than a smaller one for the same feature.

3. Metered by use

Live Translation comes as a monthly block of translation hours, and running a session uses them up. When they run out, the session stops: there is no charge for going over. Add an hours pack or move up to a bigger block to keep going. Unused hours do not roll over.

Add-ons

Connect and Marketplace are bought separately, on top of whatever else you have. See What the add-ons are.

Current prices

Prices are on the pricing page, and on your own Billing page alongside what your church is actually using. They are deliberately not repeated here — a number in a help article is a number that goes stale.
